Humanity is entering in new era in which the governing energetic frequencies and natural laws of cooperation, love and trust are replacing competition, fear and insecurity. This transition has been heralded by many teachers over time and it is felt in the Heart of all human beings.

The more you sense and respond to this shift the more you understand that we truly are all One energy, One consciousness. This truth reveals itself as greater harmony and inner peace which allows your relationships and your contribution in the world to be governed by Love, Trust and Peace. Essentially this shift is calling you to step into a more expanded version of yourSelf, to become all that you are meant to Be and, in so doing, serve your highest expression in this life.

In March 2012, Fiona will be holding a week long retreat called The Heart of Being. The retreat will be an opportunity to sink deeply into simply Being. To occupy a field of unconditional acceptance which will uplift and re-calibrate your personal energy to the emerging new frequencies. In doing so you will connect with the energy of your soul in remembering it’s origin as Source energy, you will remember that you truly are a spiritual being having a human physical experience.

Retreat schedule:
Saturday 24th: Arrivals.

Sunday 25th:
Morning: Free for relaxing and getting acclimated.
Afternoon: Welcome gathering.
Evening: Guided meditation.

Monday-Thursday:
Morning: Yoga (optional), led by a teacher at the retreat center.

Morning and afternoon group gatherings: Each day you will receive instruction and guidance, discussion and Q&A time. You will be helped to recognize the ways in which limiting beliefs and misunderstandings have been woven into your life. These limiting beliefs will be gently released through simple releasing processes so that you come to come to know the Truth about yourself; that you are a Being of light and energy containing new possibilities for peace and wellbeing. These gatherings are characterized by the sharing of profound wisdom and laughter.

Evening: Guided meditation.

The meditations will re-calibrate your energy field so that higher frequency energies of love and trust anchor consciously in your Being.

Friday 30th:
Morning: Yoga session.
Day: Free for relaxation or local excursion.
Evening: Goodbye gathering

Saturday 31st: Departures.

Relaxation: Each day there will be plenty of time for relaxing, use of outdoor pool, hiking on trails or semiprivate beach, massage and spa treatments, or simply taking in the ocean view whilst lying in a hammock. Temperatures will be in the low-mid 80’s F.

Creativity: Artist Lyn Radosevich will teach a class on drawing and painting mandala’s (optional).

Meals: Delicious freshly prepared meals, local and mostly organic produce.
