As a young child, I knew that what appeared to be real in the world was simply an appearance. I had a deep curiosity about the relationship between science, spirituality, and psychology, and had many spiritual, paranormal, and extra-sensory experiences that showed me how everything is made of energy.

As early as seven years of age, I knew I could engage with unseen or nonphysical energies and by my early teens I felt accompanied by a group of nonphysical helpers who assisted in deepening my understanding about the nature of Life. These beings have been with me ever since, and I’ve come to regard them as my highly evolved guides, teachers, and helpers.

Having been born in one country (the USA) and raised in another (the UK), I developed a tangible and deeply energetic understanding of what it takes to feel “at home” both physically and spiritually, and of the interconnectedness of all Life.

As a young adult, I began having a series of awakenings where my understanding of Life shifted into a more expanded state and I sought physical teachers on both sides of the Atlantic to consolidate my understandings. I’ve benefited from the teachings of Ruth White, Barbara Brennan, Brandon Bays, Kate MacPherson, Susan Collins, Hale Dwoskin, Miranda Macpherson, Mother Meera, and David Waldman.

In my early career, I taught children in high school, and then was a social worker who assisted people with mental health challenges and addictions. However, it was my work within the criminal justice system as a probation officer where I discovered that at the heart of every human being there is only Love—the essence of Life itself. This realization and the understanding I obtained about how this related to healing led me to devote my life to assisting and mentoring others in developing this understanding for themselves. My professional stance as a therapist shifted to focus on healing from an energetic and spiritual perspective. Over time, my work with people has naturally extended to working with animals and spaces—for all of life is interconnected, energetically and spiritually.

Eliminating pain, suffering, and disharmony and uncovering Life as harmonious and full of Love is my passion and my reward. In my experience, the more we understand this Truth, the more our lives and those of our loved ones (both human and animal), our relationships, and our planet are transformed for good.
